Responsibility: Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.
Insurance: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Transportation: Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.
Press/Media: Press permission must be obtained from Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.

Postponement: Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed. If conference postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration: All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@delightscientific.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title and email address.

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the conference manager at nursing@delightscientific.com.
Delight Scientific Conferences are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 30 days to the conference. No further changes will be allowed after that.

Cancellations: If the registrant is unable to attend the conference any sorts of the reason, then registrant may transfer his/her registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective conference manager, or registrant can attend our next upcoming conference by sending the request to Program Manager.

• 90% refund before 100 days of the conference
• 50% refund before 60 days of the conference
• 30% refund before 30 days of the conference
• No refunds will be granted between the duration of 30 days to the conference.

Access to the conference Sessions in the virtual platform is available only to registered participants.
